We want you to be at ease during your massage session. The space is set up to be comfortable and soothing. The massage therapist will ask you about your medical history, specific concerns or areas of focus, and any preferences you may have. You will be provided with privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie on a massage table, usually covered with a sheet or towel. The therapist will use massage oils or lotions and various techniques to address your specific areas of concern. We encourage clients to communicate regarding pressure levels or any other concern you may have during the session.
